1. Steel Tube Inspection
We conduct overall inspections of the appearance and dimensions of the steel tube, thus avoiding potential hazards from the very beginning.
Steel tube appearance inspection is visually conducted, and includes inspection of inner and outer surface cracks, indentations, wrinkles, scars, and scratches, etc.
Dimension inspection is conducted to ensure the accuracy of the wall thickness, outer diameter, ellipticity, and straightness, etc.
2. Crack Inspection on Cylinder Bottom
We give an overall crack inspection and fusion quality inspection of the cylinder bottom, so as to prevent CNG cylinders from any tiny crack or poor fusion between cylinder body and cylinder bottom. This allows us to eradicate the possible hazards caused by gas cylinder quality problems.
CNG cylinder bottom inspection is conducted to avoid outer surface scratches, wrinkles, indentations, protrusions, etc.
The cylinder bottom fusion quality inspection includes ultrasonic thickness measurement and ultrasonic flaw detection.
3. Ultrasonic Testing
We give ultrasonic thickness test and ultrasonic flaw detection to the cylinder body, so as to avoid defective CNG cylinders caused by insufficient wall thickness and tiny flaws on the cylinder body after heat treatment. This can prevent any possible hazards caused by defective gas cylinders.
4. Magnetic Particle Inspection
Magnetic particle inspection is given to the overall external surface of CNG cylinder, including the cylinder mouth and bottom, so as to prevent defective cylinders with surface wrinkles or cracks from moving to the next stage of production. This is an effective way to reduce our defective rate.
5. Hydrostatic Test for Finished Products
Hydrostatic testing is conducted to ensure that the deformation ratio of our CNG cylinder complies with related standards. This allows us to meet safety standards and ensure the durability of our gas cylinders, which helps to avoid potential hazards caused by flawed products.
6. Air-tight Test for Finished Cylinder
This test is given to ensure that there is no leakage from the CNG cylinder or valve under nominal pressure.
7. Finished Product Inspection
We do strict final inspections on our finished products, including paint appearance, valve installation, punch marking and packing quality, in order to make sure that no defective CNG cylinders are delivered to our customers, thus guaranteeing each gas cylinder manufactured by us will be a perfect one.
8. Mechanical Property Testing
After heat treatment, our CNG cylinder products are given mechanical property tests, batch by batch, so as to make sure the mechanical properties of our gas cylinder conform to related standards.
9. Metallographic Test
We test the microscopic structure and decarburization depth for our heat treated CNG cylinder, batch by batch, thus ensuring our gas cylinder complies 100% with related standards.
10. Chemical Analysis
Steel tube is an important raw material for making our CNG cylinder. We carry out spectral analysis on the steel tubes, so as to make sure the chemical constitution of the steel tube completely conforms to related standards. This effectively avoids defective cylinders and potential hazards caused by poor raw material quality.
11. Cyclic Fatigue Testing
Each batch of our CNG cylinder is given a cyclic fatigue test, to ensure the lifetime of the gas cylinder conforms to related standard.
12. Burst Test
Explosion testing is conducted to make sure the bursting pressure of our gas cylinder and the shape and position of a burst cylinder conform to related standard, so as to avoid any potential hazards.
